Hi Dave:

I received the purchased collection "Songs For Luca" in today's post delivery. The emotion in every song is almost overwhelming. I know that music is a phenomenal healer, so Luca is in amazing hands with some incredibly talented and gifted parents along with a few hundred people in the music community to be there for him.

It will be an honor to play the tracks on the air and 'talk-up' the benefit collection. I've communicated the existence of the disc to the staff of the radio station and hope each staff member purchases a copy for themselves.

If this is ok with you, I'd like to schedule a time-slot on the air to play the disc in it's entirety with many voiceovers encouraging our listeners to purchase a copy. I'll let you know when that will be, so if you'd like to list that on the Iona website, it would be an honor to see our name associated with the disc and Iona.

As a reminder, we transmit Progressive Soundscapes Radio in low fidelity, so listeners will not be able to copy the music in CD quality audio. I'm highly confident we will generate some sales for Luca. We will also be placing links on our site to each artist on the disc for whom we currently do not have a website address for in our database. Those links will be on the "destinations" pages of the Progressive Soundscapes website.
