new band Open Sky has first UK dates!

says; "I'm really excited about these first few gigs with
Open Sky, and looking forward to seeing how the project progresses.
The band is now a 5 piece, with the recent addition of Steve
Lawson on basses / looping textures (see www.myspace.com/solobassstevelawson).
There will be a lot of improvisation on these first few gigs
- partly because everyone has been so busy recently! But we
hope to include a few pieces that you'll recognise as well!
